SPLASH + BLUE AMERAUCANA - True blue layers! This is a beautiful bird! This is our first time offering them as pullets! You will not find these birds in the feed store! They are A+ for temperament and made for New England Weather! They have pea combs, face full of fluff (muffs + beard). If I had to pick one backyard rooster - THIS - IS - IT! Our customers say time and time again these birds are their favorites - I get it they’re some of mine as well! In 2017 - we started with BBS Ameraucana - Our birds come from show quality stock - We added in Steve Neumann lineage in 2023 (grown from hatching eggs from across the country) - blended several lines over the years - and selected only the best to move forward!
DELAWARE - A Dual Purpose Bird that excels in being a great flock addition! I love these birds with their friendly personalities. They absolutely love to explore, are extremely curious, assertive, but are not bullies. They should blend into your existing flock without issue as long as they are properly introduced! They lay cream colored eggs 4-5 days a week. We have a line that excels in Egg Production and makes for a great sustainable table bird!
SILKIES - In 2026: Our silkies will only be available as pullets - no hatching eggs or chicks! Silkies will be only offered: in groups of 4. We require a minimum purchase of 4 silkie pullets to ensure they have a proper flock for companionship - security- and well being. Silkies are not like standard breeds. Silkies are gentle, social birds, that do poorly in very small groups, so this policy helps set them up for success. They lay medium sized eggs - go broody often (they’ll hatch any eggs you give them!) - they’re friendly - perfect pets but require some simple TLC to thrive!

There is a two bird minimum. Based on the hatching timeline for 2026: Ameraucana +Delaware will be available for pickup in LATE JULY - EARLY AUGUST (by appointment only at the farm). These chicks will be hatched in MAY at the farm. We will email - to inform you of the 10 day pickup window. If you can not pickup during the pickup window - we will issue you a refund - and find them another home.
If you’d prefer to go the straight run (male + female) chick route we hatch March - June. Our poultry breeds can not be sexed upon hatch. Chicks should be pre-ordered in the chick section.
